Scarr, Scout of Dark World is a soldier in the Dark World Army that is headed by Brron, Mad King of Dark World. Jaden Yuki Duels him in order to defend a young boy named Kyle in the second alternate dimension. Despite his "Fusion Devourer" reducing the ATK of Fusion Monsters it battles to 0 and his Spell and Trap Cards focusing on locking down other means of Summoning, Scarr is easily defeated by Jaden. After his defeat, Dark World soldiers came around and saw the area where Scarr was beaten with Zure, Knight of Dark World deciding to take matters into his own hands.
In the dub, his speech resembles that of Damon who is based on Tarzan in that he speaks in mostly broken English and refers to himself in the third person, replacing "I" with "me".
