Ocean Master is a minor character of the animated series Harley Quinn and the evil estranged brother of Aquaman.

"Another Sharkley Adventure"[]
Despite being an old foe of the Shark Kingdom, Prince Shark, the kingdom’s new king, made a deal with Ocean Master to sell him the Shark Kingdom. As he and Prince meet to sign documents for the sale, King Shark charges in. King’s diplomatic offer to his brother fails, and the two end up battling for supremacy, while Ocean Master tries to get Prince to finish signing. In the bloodbath, they grab Ocean Master’s helmet, much to he’s dislike, and King ultimately uses it to impale his brother. After Prince Shark’s death, Ocean Master was unable to buy the kingdom and King Shark became its new king.
