Lex Luthor appears in Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, voiced by Steve Blum. In the distorted timeline of the 'Flashpoint' event, Lex alongside with Deathstroke is the captain of the ship. He and Deathstroke set out to find Aquaman's 'Doomsday Device', but the ship is suddenly attacked by an Atlantean army, led by Aquaman. Lex is wounded when Deathstroke and the crews were killed; Lex is executed by Aquaman saying no survivors.
