Kudo (Japanese: クドウ Kudō) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime. He appeared in The Legend of Thunder!.
Kudo is an archeologist and a Pokémon researcher who believed that Raikou did not trust any humans at all. He thought so because of the actions of all humans in the past who have tried to control it—most recently Attila and Hun—when it must be in the wild.
