Mewni is Star's home dimension. It is a land with a kingdom ruled by the King and Queen, and their daughter, Princess Star Butterfly, is the heiress to the throne.
General description[]
Mewni looks like a typical fairytale locale, with various magical creatures and a royal family. So far, the only notable nobles are the Butterfly family.
However, as seen in "Diaz Family Vacation," outside of the castle, Mewni's citizens don't seem to have the best conditions of life: the streets are rather dirty, with seemingly widespread poverty.
Beyond the Butterfly family's kingdom is a swampland, where Mewni's indigenous monster population were forced to flee after the first settlers forced them off of their land.
