Icicle Sr. is a supervillain who uses cryokinetic technology.
Physical appearance[]

History[]
Icicle Sr. was born in 1925, but because he spent a lot of time "on ice", he now looks no older than fifty. He was an expert in cryotechnics. He displayed very little interest in his son, Icicle Jr., and only demanded his presence when the situation required it. While imprisoned at Belle Reve Penitentiary, Icicle Sr. became the head of the prisoners.[2] Icicle Sr. was a friend of Lawrence Crock's "back in the day".In mid-September, Senior initiated a mass break out attempt with smuggled technology with the help of Captain Cold, Icicle Jr., Killer Frost, and Mister Freeze. Despite not escaping, Senior and Hugo Strange were satisfied with accomplishing multiple objectives, in part for the Light. After five mysterious ice fortresses covered the United States with a blanket of snow, Batman and Flash suspected Icicle Sr. and the other ice-villains were involved. Hugo Strange told them they had been, and still were, in their cells. However, Icicle Sr. was in fact responsible for powering one of the fortresses.
