Hibana Kagari

Hibana Kagari (篝ヒバナ Kagari Hibana) is a minor character in the original anime series, Lycoris Recoil. She is a 2nd Lycoris stationed at the Tokyo DA Tokyo Headquarters. She was part of the arms deal operation headed by Fuki Harukawa, and is the roommate of Erika Janome.
