Appearance[]
Elvira is a young woman with short, purple hair and purple eyes.
Elvira wears a short, light blue dress with a white ruffle along its hem. The dress leaves her shoulders exposed, and from the down-turned collar hang two triangular pieces with white tassels. A black belt cinches the dress at her waist, and a separate brown belt holds her grimoire pouch. She also wears a pair of dark blue, heeled shoes. Her large, light blue hat has some pink flowers on the right side and a white ribbon tied into a bow on the left side.
Personality[]

Biography[]
During an attack on the Witches' Forest, Elvira and Samantha Kravitz hide while Dominante Code and Mariella organize and lead attacks on the Diamond Kingdom soldiers.
When Vanessa Enoteca returns in order to learn ancient magic from the Witch Queen, she is tasked with helping Elvira and Samantha to resolve an issue with the forest's defenses: The Security Golems keep attacking the large magical beasts near the forest. During the three witches's initial investigation, several of the beasts attack, and Vanessa has to save them all since Elvira and Samantha have no offensive skills. After escaping, Vanessa has the other two demonstrate their magics. Elvira creates an illusion of one of the beasts.
When they reconvene the next day, Vanessa demonstrates that their magics are not useless by entertaining a trio of young witches. By combining their magics, the three witches simulate the beasts' prey and lead the beasts away from the forest's border. However, a group of the smaller creatures not under their control leads the beasts back to the witches, so they simulate a giant beast to frighten the beasts away. They return to the Witches' Forest and are praised for their incredible feat.
