Richard Bruce "Dick" Cheney (born January 30, 1941) served as the 46th Vice President of the United States from 2001 to 2009 under George W. Bush. He briefly served as Acting President of the United States on two occasions during which Bush underwent medical procedures.
In "Boys Do Cry", he was seen asleep guarding Bush's home. It is revealed that he opposes his daughter's lesbianism.
In "The Tan Aquatic with Steve Zissou", he is shown to have been a Wal-Mart greeter, telling everyone to go fuck themselves as they entered.
In "Petergeist", he is shown with Peter in a cutaway gag parodying his 2006 hunting incident. In the cutaway, he shoots Peter several times while hunting before apologizing, saying he mistook Peter for a deer.
In "Excellence in Broadcasting", he was shown at a fair, and Brian Griffin claimed the smile he displayed, a monstrous frown, was his happiest.
Joe equates being tricked by the wives with putting Cheney back in the White House in "Take My Wife".
