Chloe Mother Teresa Carmichael is one of the main characters of The Fairly Odd Parents. She is without a doubt the stupidest and hideous mistake ever to be created. Primarily cause she a dumb Mary Sue whom manipulated Jorgen Von Strangle to make Timmy share his fairies. She's is also the reason why a hatedom exist.
